Bloom & Grace Gatherings

Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

We respect the personal information you share with Bloom & Grace Gatherings. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website or contact us about a gathering.

Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, and any optional details you provide, such as your phone number, preferred date, estimated guest count, gathering type, location, and message. Please share only information needed to plan your gathering and avoid sending payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your plans, prepare proposals, arrange services, and keep records of our conversations. Submitting an inquiry sends your information to us by email and generates a confirmation email to you. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to The Graceful Pour newsletter.

Website operation and security

Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate this website and deliver messages. Technical and delivery logs may include IP addresses, request times, email addresses, and security or delivery results.

Our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, for security purposes. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to connect to Google servers. Those requests can disclose technical information such as your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their operation. Browser settings let you control cookies; blocking security features may affect the inquiry form.

Sharing information

We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing. Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, email, and business operations, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security concerns.

Keeping and protecting information

We retain inquiry correspondence and related records as needed to respond to requests, provide services, and meet business, accounting, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review your request and may need to retain records for legitimate business or legal reasons. If you receive optional marketing communications, you may ask us to stop sending them.

Children’s information

Gathering inquiries should be submitted by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information can contact us to request its removal.
